Role Description The Store Manager is a full time role based in New Delhi with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium brand experience.
The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory, managing stock replenishment, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, resolving concerns,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coaching team members to deliver consistent service.

The role also includes reporting store performance metrics, collaborating with regional leadership, and supporting promotions and brand initiatives.

Qualifications
Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
Proven Store Management experience, including team leadership, scheduling, and maintaining brand and visual standards.
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and ensure compliance with store policies.
Prior experience in premium or fashion retail, preferably in leather goods or accessories.
Ability to analyze sales data, manage targets, and use POS and inventory management systems.
Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced workplace.
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
