Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Prior experience in U.S. Non-IT Recruitment is mandatory.

Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle sourcing/recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from hiring teams.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any field.
2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, preferably within a non-IT industry.
Proven track record of successfully filling non-technical positions.
Solid understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Highly organized with robust attention to detail.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
