Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves actively engaging with the Software Engineering team to contribute to the development and enhancement of applications for a prominent client in the food and pet care industry. You will participate in collaborative discussions, support project objectives, and help ensure that the software solutions align with the client s goals of sustainability and innovation.
Your role includes coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress and delivering quality outcomes that meet the evolving needs of the business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to design, build, and configure applications ensuring alignment with project goals.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and efficiency.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and enhance team capabilities.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based application development and deployment.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues within enterprise environments.
Familiarity with API management, event-driven architecture, and process orchestration.
Competence in designing scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
