Position: QA Officer

Location: Vapi

Responsibilities
Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
Support quality control activities on the production floor.
Perform basic testing and measurement of products using standard tools and instruments.
Record inspection results and maintain proper quality documentation.
Identify defects or deviations and report them to senior team members.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area as per 5S standards.
Support implementation of quality tools such as check sheets, Pareto analysis, and cause-effect diagrams.




Participate in internal audits and quality checks.
Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
Assist in maintaining calibration records of measuring instruments (if applicable).
Learn and apply basic knowledge of quality systems and processes.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily quality activities

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
