Position: Jr/Sr. Recruiter

Location: Santacruz - Mumbai

Experience: 1 - 5 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Prepare and share candidate profiles with clients/hiring managers.
Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.
Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.

Required Skills:
Robust sourcing and screening skills.




Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment software/ATS.
Team player with a positive and result-oriented attitude.

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
