Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Fire Engineering
Role Summary
Responsible for developing fire engineering strategies and ensuring compliance with Fire & Life Safety codes, NFPA standards, and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare fire engineering strategies and FLS reports.
Conduct fire safety assessments and risk analysis.
Review architectural and MEP drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Support authority approvals, site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Fire Engineering.
10+ years in Fire & Life Safety consultancy.
Robust knowledge of NFPA standards (101, 13, 14, 20, 72).
Experience with authority approvals.
AutoCAD proficiency; fire modelling knowledge is an advantage.
NFPA/CFPS/IFE certifications preferred.
