Position: DCS Engineer

Location: Sarigam nearby Vapi

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute shift-wise production activities as per Plant Manager’s instructions. * Operate and monitor DCS systems, perform PID updates, and maintain process control.
Conduct regular plant rounds to monitor parameters, supervise operators, and ensure good housekeeping.
Ensure availability of raw materials and timely completion of production batches.
Record stage-wise input/output data and update in SAP accurately.
Coordinate with Engineering, EHS, QC, Industrialization, Electrical & Utility teams for smooth operations.
Maintain and comply with systems such as SAP, HAZOP, PPS, OHRA, JSA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BBS, and 5S.
Participate in process improvement, CAPA implementation, and safety audits.
Manage manpower allocation, shift reports,



and batch sheet documentation.
Train and guide operators on process safety and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Robust knowledge of DCS operation, PID tuning, PPS & PCS systems. * Positive understanding of hazardous chemical processes and plant safety.
Proficiency in SAP and production documentation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Robust focus on safety, housekeeping, and continuous improvement

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
