Experience: 1 Lead 10+ years, another 7+ years
Scope:
To create a reusable data platform where teams can build and operate data products without solving the same infrastructure problem repeatedly
Provide common building blocks and explicit standards for data engineering teams to reuse while building connectors, monitoring, deployment process and quality checks
Skill:
Hand-on expertise in Snowflake and AWS Cloud
Hands-on experience in dbt and Python
Standardized ingestion framework e.g, using DLTHub
Workflow orchestration e.g. Airflow
Data Quality framework
Reliability and observability
Security and access control
Nice to have: Gen AI, Qlik, Power BI
