BMS Engineer - Urgent Hiring

Technicom Engineers Network is looking for an experienced and technically skilled BMS Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling Building Management System (BMS), Building Automation and HVAC control systems across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation, testing and commissioning of BMS and Building Automation systems.

* Configuration and monitoring of BMS systems and controllers.

* Handling HVAC control systems, sensors, actuators and DDC controllers.

* Troubleshooting BMS, HVAC control and communication-related issues.

* Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS systems.

* Working with communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.

* Coordinating with electrical, HVAC, project and site teams for smooth project execution.

* Performing system testing, integration and commissioning at project sites.

* Preparing site reports, testing/commissioning documents and other technical records.

* Identifying faults and providing appropriate technical solutions.

* Ensuring project work is completed according to required quality and safety standards.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills





* Solid knowledge of BMS / Building Management Systems.

* Hands-on experience in Building Automation.

* Knowledge of HVAC Controls and DDC.

* Experience in BMS installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.

* Knowledge of BACnet / Modbus.

* Understanding of sensors, actuators, controllers and BMS panels.

* Knowledge of PLC/SCADA will be an added advantage.

* Good technical, communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as with project/site teams.

Educational Qualification

Diploma / . / in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience

3-4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in BMS / Building Automation / HVAC Controls is preferred.

Candidates with experience in BMS platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Delta, Trane or other similar systems will be preferred.
