Position: Tour Executive - (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tour Packages Briefing: Provide complete information on destinations, itineraries, and pricing. Assist clients in selecting suitable packages based on their preferences and budget.

2. Ticket Bookings: Manage flight, train, and bus bookings as per client requirements. Ensure timely and accurate ticket confirmations.

3. Booking Confirmation: Coordinate with vendors and clients to confirm all travel arrangements. Share itineraries and accommodation details with clients.

4. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling: Handle cancellations, refunds, and reschedules as per company policy. Ensure smooth coordination with service providers and clients.

5. Customer Support: Address customer queries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally. Resolve any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements.

6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all bookings and client communications. Prepare and submit regular reports on operations and customer feedback.

Compensation & Benefits CTC: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
