Job Summary

The Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic, administrative, and professional development of the institution. The faculty member is expected to promote innovation in pharmaceutical education, engage in scholarly research, and support accreditation and regulatory compliance in accordance with PCI, UGC, and institutional guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Pharmacy (m, m, as applicable).

Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools.

Conduct theory classes, practical sessions, tutorials, and seminars.





Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical examinations, quizzes, and end-semester examinations.

Integrate creative teaching methods and digital learning platforms into classroom instruction.
