Technical Writer (Freshers)

About the Role

Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Technical Writer to join our Research & Development team. This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who have excellent English writing skills and a passion for technical documentation. You will work on engineering projects by preparing research papers, technical reports, literature reviews, and project documentation while collaborating with experienced researchers.

Requirements

./ or ./ in Engineering is mandatory.

CGPA/GPA of or above is mandatory.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

PhD candidates are preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent English writing, grammar, and communication skills.

Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects.

Experience in academic projects, technical documentation, research papers, thesis writing, or journal publications will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proofreading skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare technical reports, research papers, and engineering documentation.

Develop literature reviews, technical content, and project documentation.

Review, edit, and proofread technical documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Ensure proper formatting, referencing, and plagiarism compliance.

Collaborate with researchers and technical teams to prepare publication-ready documents.

Assist in manuscript preparation for national and international journals.





Maintain documentation standards and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies and research trends.

Desired Skills

Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.

Strong English communication, grammar, and proofreading abilities.

Good understanding of engineering concepts and research methodology.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a cooperative research environment.

Compensation

Base Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's technical knowledge, English proficiency, writing skills, and overall performance during the interview process.
