What You'll Do (And Why It Matters)

Run the EPR Engine

● Coordinate end-to-end execution of Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, and MLP waste management obligations.

Data with Purpose

● Maintain real-time tracking of collection targets, certificates of recycling (CoRs/CoEs), and UTRs.

● Build actionable dashboards to keep clients and internal teams in sync.

Build and Empower a Green Network

● Onboard and manage channel partners across India’s urban and rural landscapes.

● Create partnerships that go beyond transactions - build trust and traceability.

Zero Gaps in Compliance

● Stay ahead of CPCB and SPCB mandates.

● Be audit-ready - always.

Bring Operational Intelligence to Sustainability

● Suggest automation, map process improvements, and support digital tools that streamline compliance ops.





What We’re Looking For

● 2-5 years of experience in EPR/Waste Management/Operations/Environmental Compliance

● Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainability, or similar

● Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and field operations

● Robust in Excel, MIS, and data analysis - because numbers tell our impact story

● Knowledge of CPCB Guidelines, EPR norms, and recycler certification processes

● A curious mind with a systems approach to problem-solving
