Key Responsibilities:

1. **Outbound Calls:** Make calls to potential customers to promote our products and services, ensuring a clear communication of our offerings.

2. **Customer Interaction:** Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, fostering positive relationships.

3. **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in our database for future reference.

4. **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to inform them about new products or offers, enhancing customer retention.

5. **Performance Reporting:** Report daily and weekly performance metrics to the team leader, helping to track progress and improve strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:





Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade and possess 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in telecalling. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to listen actively and respond appropriately. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team are important for this role.
