We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, well-mannered, and willing to assist with general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
3. Assist with office errands such as banking, courier, and purchasing office supplies.
4. Receive and distribute courier packages and mail.
5. Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
6. Support staff with day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
7. Open and close the office as instructed.
8. Maintain a skilled and helpful attitude at all times.
Requirements:
1. Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
2.
Previous experience as an Office Boy or Office Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Basic reading and writing skills.
4. Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
