Job Summary:
This role involves being the primary technical liaison for customers, ensuring they can effectively deploy and manage their networks with expert solutions. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, providing deep analysis, and building solid customer relationships. Success hinges on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving positive financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve complex network and application-level issues.
Analyze trends to identify and implement proactive solutions.
Develop and present detailed technical reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with customers to optimize their network infrastructure.
Manage multiple customer engagements effectively.

Must-Have Skills:
Over 8 years of experience in cloud-native infrastructure engineering.




Expertise in Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management and data fabric solutions.
Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Industry Experience:
Experience in telecom and 5G network environments is highly preferred.
