Position: QA Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control
Monitor and inspect incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Perform routine quality checks on in-process and finished products to verify dimensions, strength, aesthetics, and functionality.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and documentation.
Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure all products meet relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ASTM) and customer requirements.
Maintain records of quality assurance activities, inspections, and audits to meet internal and external compliance requirements.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Investigate and resolve quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Collaborate with production, design, and procurement teams to address quality concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze quality data and prepare reports to track trends, identify problem areas,



and recommend improvements.
Health, Safety, and Workplace (HSE)
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations during quality checks and inspections.
Promote a culture of quality and safety across all departments.

Required Skills
Certification in quality management systems is a plus.
Practical knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
Familiarity with aluminum fabrication processes, including extrusion, cutting, machining, and assembly.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
Ability to prepare and analyze quality reports using MS Office and other relevant software.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto7.50 LPA
