Plan, organize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities * Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Injection Moulding Machines and related auxiliary equipment.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled systems
Monitor and maintain SCADA systems for real-time process control and data analysis
Manage operation and upkeep of ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations
Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity
Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of PLC programming, troubleshooting, and automation systems * Hands-on experience with Injection Moulding Machines (hydraulic/electric)
Practical understanding of ETP and RO plant operations and maintenance
Experience working with SCADA systems for monitoring and control
Positive knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems
Solid problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Required Qualification: - Any Engineering
Salary :- Upto 14.00 LPA
