Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support enterprise mobility solutions using SOTI MobiControl.
Lead L3 support activities, troubleshoot complex MDM issues, and perform root cause analysis.
Configure and manage Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, Windows, and rugged devices.
Develop and enforce device compliance, security policies, application deployment, and kiosk mode configurations.
Integrate SOTI with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, Exchange, and certificate services.
Plan and execute MDM upgrades, migrations, and recent feature deployments.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver secure mobility solutions.
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Monitor MDM platform performance and ensure high availability and operational efficiency.




Mentor L1/L2 support teams and provide technical leadership on mobility-related initiatives.

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
Robust hands-on expertise with SOTI MobiControl administration and architecture.
Experience managing Android Enterprise, iOS/iPadOS, Windows, and rugged mobile devices.
Knowledge of device enrollment methods, application deployment, certificate management, and security policies.
Experience integrating MDM solutions with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
Robust troubleshooting, scripting, and automation skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
SOTI MobiControl certification is highly preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Intune or other EMM platforms is an advantage.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
