Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in People Soft Administration.
Experience with system configuration, patching, and troubleshooting within People Soft environments.
Solid knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to People Soft applications.
Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to People Soft systems.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in People Soft Administration.
This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
