Responsibilities:
National Strategy & Business Planning
Build the annual national roadmap for vending & premix business.
Define geography-wise expansion, machine population goals, and consumption targets.
Develop strategies for SMBs vs. enterprise accounts vs. operator-driven business models.
Drive GTM, market penetration, and category-building initiatives.
Financial Discipline
Deliver national sales, revenue, margin, and profitability objectives.
Optimize product mix (tea premix variants, vending solutions, accessories).
Improve cost-to-serve through productive service and operator productivity.
Channel, Operator & Partner Ecosystem Development
Build and lead a strong network of vending operators, institutional distributors.
Facilitating Activations
Collaborate with marketing for sampling, menu rotation & visibility
Drive brand experience inside cafeterias & vending zones
Insights & Competition Monitoring
Track movement of competing solutions.
Champion innovation pipeline – machine variants, digital solutions
Organization Building & Leadership Development
Coach & mentor Teams of – Premix & Vending business.
Build high-performance culture across sales, service, and operator ecosystem.
Standardize SOPs, capability-building modules, and training programs.
Required Skills:
Robust negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive setting.
Good understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
