Responsibilities:
Install, calibrate, and maintain field instruments such as pressure,temperature, flow, and level transmitters
Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
Troubleshoot faults in control systems, sensors, and transmitters
Work with control systems like PLC, DCS, and SCADA (basic to intermediate level)
Maintain and service control valves, actuators, and positioners
Ensure proper loop checking and commissioning of instruments
Read and interpret P&ID; diagrams, loop diagrams, and technical drawings
Maintain documentation for calibration and maintenance records
Follow safety standards,
especially in hazardous chemical settings
Support shutdown and plant maintenance activities
Required Skills:
Experience in instrumentation for chemical/process plants.
Troubleshooting
Basic PLC/DCS knowledge
Calibration skills
Safety awareness
