We are looking for an analytical, execution-oriented leader to join Airtel Finance as a Deputy General Manager in the Product Management function. The role partners closely with leadership to shape Airtel Finance's long-term strategy and to drive the unit's most critical cross-functional and AI initiatives to delivery. It sits at the intersection of product, strategy, and program management, and focusses on identifying where the business should place its next bets, building the case for them, and then owning the execution machinery that turns those bets into outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Platform Strategy

· Shape Airtel Finance's long-term product strategy and portfolio roadmap across investments, insurance, loyalty and engagement products.

· Build business case for current products, customer segments, and growth initiatives.

· Support the annual operating plan, business planning, and strategic reviews.

Drive AI & Key Programs

· Lead Airtel Finance's AI strategy and initiatives in partnership with Airtel's AI platform team, data sciences team, and cross-functional teams.

· Drive priority programmes and cross-functional transformation initiatives to closure across product, engineering, risk, growth, and partnerships.





· Lead Airtel Finance's partnership with its internal NBFC - driving each track to resolution with the relevant functions.

· Translate Airtel Finance's strategic objectives into measurable execution plans, and regularly prepare presentations, notes and updates for leadership reviews.

Growth & Market Intelligence

· Track industry trends, regulatory developments, the competitive landscape, and emerging fintech business models.

· Benchmark across fintechs, banks, NBFCs, and global digital financial services players.

· Identify prospects across revenue, acquisition, engagement, and profitability - including initiatives to drive top-of-funnel traffic to Airtel Finance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

· 6+ years across product strategy, consulting, fintech, or digital businesses, with comfort operating at the intersection of strategy, product, and execution.

· A track record of driving complex, cross-functional programmes to delivery; exposure to AI or technology initiatives is an advantage.

· Direct experience working with CXOs or business heads is highly desirable.

· Prior experience at a leading consulting firm preferred; MBA from a premier institute.
