Position: Marketing Export Executive

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end export sales process from order confirmation to final delivery.
Handle export documentation including invoice, packing list, bill of lading (BL),certificates, and related paperwork.
Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for smooth shipment execution.
Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments.
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, shipments, and documentation.
Communicate effectively with international and domestic clients regarding order status and updates.
Identify and develop recent customers and export markets.
Follow up with clients to generate new business opportunities and sales orders.
Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, and accounts teams.




Ensure proper closure of all export transactions and documentation.

Required Skills
MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
Basic knowledge or experience in export sales or export documentation.
Robust command over English (written & verbal).
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of international trade, logistics, and shipping processes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

Required Qualification: - MBA - Marketing

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
