Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions to understand client business processes and implementation needs.
Implement and configure Tally Prime based on client requirements.
Create and configure company masters, ledgers, stock items, GST, TDS, payroll, banking, and other statutory modules.
Perform data migration from legacy accounting software to Tally Prime.
Install, set up, and configure Tally Prime at client locations or through remote support.
Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals and implementation documentation.
Perform software testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system configurations before Go-Live.
Coordinate with the TDL Development team for software customizations and enhancements.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues within defined timelines.
Assist clients with data backup, restoration, synchronization, and overall data management.
Coordinate with the Sales, Support, Development,



and Accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain implementation reports, client documentation, and project status updates in CRM/Bitrix.
Handle client queries and escalations professionally while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Ensure projects are completed within committed timelines and quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest Tally Prime features, statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and accounting practices.
