Monitor paint booth operations, curing processes, and quality output.
Quality Control
Maintain high-quality paint finishes according to company standards.
Inspect painted vehicles or components for defects such as runs, orange peel, dust, or color mismatch.
Implement corrective actions to improve paint quality.
Team Management
Supervise painters, helpers, and technicians.
Train staff on painting techniques, safety practices, and equipment use.
Assign tasks and monitor performance.
Inventory & Material Management
Manage paint materials, thinners, primers, explicit coats, and related supplies.
Coordinate with procurement for ordering paint and consumables.
Control paint consumption and minimize wastage.
Equipment Maintenance
Ensure proper maintenance of spray guns, paint booths, compressors, and dryingovens.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and use of PPE.
Maintain compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations.
Monitor ventilation systems and hazardous material handling.
Process Improvement
Implement recent painting technologies and efficiency improvements.
Reduce rework and improve productivity.
Monitor KPIs like paint consumption, rework rate, and cycle time.
