Position: Trainee – R&D;

Responsibilities:
Perform tests on all products, including samples received from competitors, document the results, and report any deviations from the expected outcomes to the superior
Ensure that all tests are conducted in accordance with the reference papers
Maintaining and updating trackers on daily basis
Creating technical presentations for marketing teams to assist in troubleshooting customer complaints
Develop and Improve standard operating procedures (SOP's) for specific functions.
Ensuring that equipment is designed and fabricated in accordance with established standards and plans
Continuously working on improving the design of testing equipment




Conduct research on alternative methods for conducting material testing
Conducting research on porosities in alloys
Ensure safety practices are followed by the team with frequent reviews

Required Skills:
Knowledge of MS office
Presentation skills
Positive attitude and proactive approach

Required Qualification: - 12th - Science

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
