- Requirements

- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Performance Test Engineer or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
- Experience in load balancing, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Solid understanding of various application architectures, including web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (e.g., Java, Python, Bash) to automate test scenarios.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Responsibilities

- - Develop and execute performance testing plans, test cases, and scripts for various software applications and systems.
- Identify performance bottlenecks, potential areas of improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators,



to ensure performance-related issues are addressed and resolved.
- Conduct load, stress, and endurance tests to evaluate system performance under different user scenarios and workload conditions.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret performance metrics during test execution to identify anomalies and performance degradation.
- Implement and maintain performance testing environments that accurately represent production systems.
- Automate performance test scenarios to improve testing efficiency and repeatability.
- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest performance testing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
- Participate in the design and architecture reviews of applications to provide performance-related feedback and suggestions.
- Create comprehensive performance test reports with detailed analysis, test results, and recommendations for improvement.

- Preferred

- - Certification in performance testing or related areas.
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and their integration with performance testing.
- Familiarity with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools for real-time performance monitoring and analysis.
