Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and retired civil construction qualified to join our organization as a Senior Advisor / Senior Consultant. The candidate will provide technical guidance, mentor project teams, support project planning and execution, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams on civil construction activities.
- Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and execution methodologies.
- Advise management on project planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and resource optimization.
- Monitor project progress and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Mentor and train Site Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct periodic site inspections and submit technical observations and recommendations.
- Assist in resolving technical issues, contractual matters, and project-related challenges.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and government authorities when necessary.
- Support tender evaluation, vendor selection, and project execution strategies.
- Share industry best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).




- Retired professionals from reputed civil construction companies, government organizations, or PSUs are encouraged to apply.

Experience

- Minimum 25–40 years of experience in civil construction.
- Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial projects, industrial projects, residential developments, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, contracts, quality control, and safety practices.

Required Skills

- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and statutory regulations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to guide multiple project teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Retired Project Manager, General Manager, Chief Engineer, Construction Head, or Senior Civil Engineer.
- Physically fit and willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.

Salary

Negotiable, based on experience and engagement type.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
