1. Operations Planning & Execution Plan and oversee daily agricultural operations (crop production, input supply, processing, or warehousing). Ensure timely execution of seasonal activities as per crop calendar. Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and vendors. 2. Supply Chain & Logistics Manage procurement of fertilizers raw materials, and equipment. Oversee storage, inventory control, and dispatch of agri-products. Optimize transportation and reduce wastage and operational delays. 3. Manpower & Team Management Supervise field staff, supervisors, and contract labor. Allocate work schedules and monitor productivity. Ensure discipline, safety, and performance standards. 4. Quality Control & Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and best agricultural practices. Monitor compliance with statutory, safety, and environmental norms. Coordinate audits and inspections. 5. Cost Control & Budgeting Control operational costs and improve efficiency.



Track expenses against budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare operational MIS and reports. 6. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance. Provide regular reports on operations, productivity, and issues. Support management in decision-making with data insights. 7. Process Improvement Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Adopt mechanization, technology, and best practices to improve output. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion of seasonal operations Reduction in operational costs and wastage Inventory accuracy and stock availability Labor productivity and efficiency Compliance and audit score On-time dispatch and delivery performance

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
