Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related field. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
