Securium Academy is seeking passionate, motivated, and target-driven Academic Counsellors to guide aspiring cybersecurity professionals in selecting the right certification programs and career paths. If you have a strong background in counselling, inside sales, or EdTech and enjoy helping learners achieve their career goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable cybersecurity certification programs.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrolments through effective counselling, relationship building,



and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with students and working professionals.
- Generate and nurture leads through social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity industry trends, certifications, and market demands.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or EdTech
