Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 3 years of professional experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as applicable.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records, if required.
- Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
