Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our energetic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture robust, trusted relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and financial needs through regular communication and in-depth analysis.
- Proactively identify and pursue recent business opportunities within the existing client base, cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams,



including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and issue resolution.
- Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts, performance, and market trends to provide strategic advice and recommendations.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our offerings.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales, retention, and client satisfaction targets.
- Identify potential risks within client portfolios and develop mitigation strategies.
