1. All twisting machines maintenance and lubrications are based on preventive maintenance schedule.

2. Treating machine roller lubrications, condition monitoring and preventive maintenance

3. All gear boxes and drive maintenance

4. All exhaust, recirculation fans and drives maintenance.

5. Maintenance of TFH, hot oil pumps and other hot oil accessories

6. Maintenance of water pumps and AOD pumps

7. Maintenance of chemical pumping systems

8. Maintenance of treating machine ducts, heat exchangers, zones and other hot air flowing systems

9. Maintenance of Utility equipment’s like air compressors, N2 systems and etc

10. Wet scrubber operation and maintenance

11. LPG system day to day maintenance

12. Maintaining of required mechanical spare parts list and spares for all plant equipment’s.

13. Update all the required maintenance documents on a regular basis.

Rectify the AZB twisting machine issue to increase productivity.

15. Modify / improve the yarn bath in twisting and treating machines as to get a quality product.

16. Find out the right solution for unsolved issues by forming a cross-functional team.

17. Involvement in the ISO and IATF audits

18. Find out new steps to improve the product and quantity and quality.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
