Key Responsibilities
- Site Evaluation: Conducting field surveys (topographic and boundary) to prepare land for development.
- Construction Staking: Setting stakes to guide excavation and construction teams on building locations, heights, and layout.
- Measurement Verification: Using precision instruments like Total Stations, GNSS, and GPS to verify site elevations and foundation levels.
- Data Analysis and Mapping: Interpreting blueprints and using CAD/GIS software to create accurate site maps and 3D models.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all land measurements and structures comply with local and federal regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinating with engineers, architects, and project managers to resolve discrepancies in site plans.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
