Job Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day manufacturing operations in the EV 2 & 3 wheeler production unit. The role ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The supervisor leads shop floor operators, monitors production processes, and coordinates with quality, maintenance, and stores departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities on the assembly line for EV 2 & 3 wheelers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Allocate work to operators and monitor workforce productivity.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards.
- Monitor assembly processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to minimize defects and ensure products meet company specifications.




- Work closely with the Maintenance team to minimize machine downtime and ensure equipment availability.
- Ensure timely availability of materials by coordinating with the Stores and Purchase departments.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, attendance, and daily output reports.
- Enforce workplace discipline, safety regulations, and the use of PPE by all employees.
- Conduct shift briefings, toolbox talks, and on-the-job training for operators.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report production issues, manpower shortages, quality concerns, and equipment breakdowns to management.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained across the production area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
