Foreign exchange hedging and finding out better ways in order to safeguard company’s funds. To take care any changes in the corporate accounting world like IFRS, US Gaap etc. Own finance operation in India, simplify it while working with country manager and global finance team. Help leadership team in building culture of compliance.
Key Skills Required
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting ERP/Tool. Must be process oriented to implement recent practices and policies in the organization. Ability to - create own challenges in terms of his/her growth. Ability to develop, monitor and maintain management information systems and procedures. Good knowledge of all the statutory compliances with previous experience of handling audits. Should be really able to handle the entire Accounting, Finance & Secretarial activities of the Company.
