We are looking a construction - Civil, Purchasing Executive

He has to take care of procurement of materials, equipment, and services for construction civil projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality. His responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing procurement strategies and also handle purchase orders, track inventory, and manage supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Planning: Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with project goals and budget constraints.

Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Contract Management: Managing purchase orders, submittals, and contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels, forecasting demand, and managing stock to avoid shortages or excesses.

Cost Management: Identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating favorable pricing,



and tracking expenses to ensure projects stay within budget.

Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating risks associated with procurement, such as supply chain disruptions or material price fluctuations.

Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining explicit communication with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement, such as cost savings, on-time delivery, and supplier performance.

Technical Duties: Preparing and maintaining purchasing records, producing management reports, and approving bills for payment.

Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in procurement.

Qualifications: Any graduate/ MBA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
