About the Role

IndiRepair is looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops and desktop computers. The role involves visiting customers at their homes or offices, identifying technical issues, performing repairs where possible, and coordinating workshop repairs when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers’ homes and offices for device diagnosis and repair.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops and desktop computers.
- Perform repairs such as component replacement, upgrades, cleaning, formatting, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, applications, and peripherals.
- Clearly explain the device issue, recommended repair, estimated cost, and expected turnaround time to the customer.
- Safely handle, collect, and deliver customer devices when required.
- Maintain accurate records of diagnoses, repairs, spare parts used, and job status.
- Coordinate with the operations and workshop teams to complete repairs within the committed timeline.
- Follow IndiRepair’s repair quality standards and customer service processes.
- Take responsibility for the tools,



spare parts, and customer devices assigned during each job.

Candidate Requirements

- Practical knowledge of laptop and desktop computer repair.
- Ability to diagnose common hardware and software problems.
- Familiarity with Windows installation, driver installation, data backup, system upgrades, and virus removal.
- Basic knowledge of laptop components such as RAM, SSD/HDD, keyboard, display, battery, motherboard, and charging ports.
- Comfortable travelling within the city for field visits.
- Positive communication skills and a professional attitude toward customers.
- Punctual, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Relevant technical certification, diploma, or previous repair experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical repair knowledge may also apply.

Working Schedule

- Monday to Saturday
- Full-time position
- Weekly off on Sunday
- Field visits will be assigned according to customer requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
