We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive Freshers candidates to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure a seamless experience with our products/services. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using support systems. Provide feedback on customer trends, recurring problems, or product suggestions.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using technology and quick to learn recent tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Mandatory: Fluency in English and Telugu.
- Hindi: Manageable speaking proficiency is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
