Job Title: BoQ / Billing Engineer (Interior Designing Industry Experience Only)

Location: Sector 67, Gurugram.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory in Interior Fit-Out Projects)

Industry: Commercial Interior Projects

Working Days: 6 Days

Office Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM 7:00 PM ( 1 hour lunch Break )

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage BoQs, client/contractor billing, and RA bills.

Perform quantity take-offs and material reconciliation.

Coordinate with project and site teams for billing and documentation.

Monitor project costs and maintain billing records.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in BoQ/Billing for Interior Projects (mandatory).

Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

Positive communication and coordination skills.
