Aarna Constructions & Interiors is hiring a Civil Site Engineer for its residential construction and interior projects in Greater Noida and nearby NCR locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil and interior work at project sites.
- Execute work according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors and the Project Manager.
- Check quality, measurements and workmanship for RCC, brickwork, plaster, flooring, painting and finishing activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Calculate material requirements and monitor material consumption.
- Verify contractor measurements and assist in billing.
- Ensure proper utilisation of labour and timely completion of assigned work.
- Follow site safety and quality-control procedures.
- Communicate project requirements and site issues to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience.




- Experience in residential construction and interior projects preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, quantity estimation and billing.
- Ability to read architectural, structural and interior drawings.
- Positive contractor, labour and vendor coordination skills.
- Candidate should be willing to travel between project sites in Greater Noida/NCR.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
