Job Description

1. Manage the complete order execution cycle from enquiry/tender to final payment realization.

2. Search, evaluate, prepare, and submit tenders through Government, and other customers e-procurement portals.

3. Coordinate with customers for Purchase Orders (POs), amendments, and order acknowledgements.

4. Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) with RDSO and other inspection agencies against relevant Purchase Orders and coordinate until inspection completion.

5. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments to ensure timely execution of customer orders.

6. Prepare and release monthly production schedules to the manufacturing plant based on Purchase Orders and delivery commitments to customers.

7. Monitor order progress and ensure timely dispatch as per contractual delivery schedules.

8. Follow up with customers for inspections, dispatch clearances, acceptance, and payment recovery.

9. Prepare and submit applications for new product approvals, vendor registrations, and capacity enhancement with RDSO, ICF, MCF, RCF, and other organizations. (Necessary training will be provided.)

Maintain regular interaction with customers to strengthen business relationships and address commercial requirements.

11. Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, compliance statements, and related documentation.

12. Coordinate with finance for EMDs, Security Deposits, Bank Guarantees, invoices, and payment reconciliation.

13. Maintain records of tenders, Purchase Orders, inspections, dispatches, approvals, and customer correspondence.

14. Generate periodic MIS reports covering order status, deliveries, pending inspections, collections, and sales performance.

15. Identify new business opportunities, monitor upcoming railway tenders, and support business development initiatives.

16. Visit customers, Railway workshops, Coach factories, Wagon builders, and Inspection offices as required

17. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management in support of the company's business operations.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
