​We are seeking an experienced and highly structured Manager to oversee cross-functional team operations, maintain compliance, and streamline organizational workflows. You will serve as a bridge between Human Resources, Operations, and Business Development to ensure the company achieves its long-term scaling objectives.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Oversee day-to-day organizational activities to maximize efficiency and smooth workflow across departments.
- ​Coordinate closely with HR, Sales, and Operations teams to maintain alignment with company goals.
- ​Identify operational bottlenecks, evaluate performance, and implement process improvements.
- ​Maintain thorough corporate documentation and strict adherence to industry compliance standards.
- ​Manage resource allocation, budget tracking, and conflict resolution across teams.

​Qualifications & Skills

- ​Proven managerial experience overseeing operational workflows, team dynamics, or HR compliance.
