We are looking for an experienced Coating Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team at our Parwanoo facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in tablet coating operations, with robust knowledge of enteric coating and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor tablet coating machines as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Perform film coating and enteric coating operations in accordance with production schedules.
- Monitor critical process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Clean, set up, and maintain coating equipment as per SOPs.
- Complete production documentation accurately and maintain GMP compliance.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs, safety standards,



and housekeeping practices.
- Report equipment issues or process deviations to the Production Supervisor.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience as a Coating Operator in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
- Must have hands-on knowledge of Enteric Coating.
- Experience in operating tablet coating machines.
- Good understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical documentation.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.Sc./B.Pharm or any relevant qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
