Enorme Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing nutraceutical manufacturing company specializing in third-party manufacturing, private labeling, and custom formulations.

We are looking for a highly experienced, disciplined, and ownership-driven General Manager to lead the company's day-to-day operations and work directly with the Managing Director to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall operations of the company.
- Manage Production, QA, QC, R&D;, Warehouse, Procurement, Dispatch, HR, Administration, and Maintenance.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, customer commitments, and delivery schedules are consistently achieved.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, cost control, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs across all departments.
- Conduct departmental review meetings and ensure timely execution of action plans.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and take immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and business updates for the Managing Director.
- Build a high-performance culture through leadership, accountability, and discipline.
- Represent the company during client visits, audits, inspections, and strategic business meetings.

Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following educational backgrounds are welcome to apply:

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Tech / M.Tech (Food Technology)
- MBA

However, educational qualifications are not mandatory for this position. Candidates with extensive hands-on experience in the Nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry will be considered.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry.
- Candidates with Nutraceutical manufacturing experience will be only be considered.
- Strong knowledge of Production, QA, QC, GMP, FSSAI, Regulatory Compliance, Procurement, Warehouse, Dispatch, Inventory Management, and Team Leadership is essential.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.





Working Expectations

This is a leadership role requiring exceptional ownership, commitment, and operational availability.

The selected candidate should be comfortable with:

- Working extended hours whenever business demands.
- Occasional night shifts and supervision of critical operations.
- Late evening business meetings and client dinners.
- Overnight stays whenever required for business commitments.
- Attending client meetings, exhibitions, factory visits, audits, and other official business assignments.
- Responding promptly to production issues, client escalations, regulatory matters, and operational emergencies outside normal working hours.
- Remaining accessible and available whenever business-critical situations require immediate leadership and decision-making.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of 3 rounds:

- Round 1: Telephonic Screening
- Round 2: Written Assessment (Only shortlisted candidates from Round 1 will be invited.)
- Round 3: Face-to-Face Interview with the Managing Director

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
