CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive / Team Lead to join our growing team in Bangalore.

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Experience Required:

- 4+ years of sales experience
- Minimum 1 years of team handling experience
- EdTech sales experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Build strong customer relationships
- Manage CRM and sales reporting
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue

Requirements:

- Solid leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience in EdTech sales
- Ability to drive high-performing sales teams




- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
