- 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce applications development
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification required
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and functionalities
- Proficient in Salesforce data model, security model, workflow rules, process builder, and customization
- Skilled in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including security, user management, and data management
- Experience with integration techniques, REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
- Solid problem-solving and debugging abilities
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
