Position: Sr. Executive - HR

Location: Surat

Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and manage end-to-end recruitment for timely closures
Execute talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
Act as an HR Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and supporting employee lifecycle needs
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, reviews, and performance analytics
Identify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives, including induction and onboarding programs
Manage employee engagement, retention initiatives, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work setting
Oversee attendance,



leave management, payroll inputs, and employee perks administration (PF/ESI, insurance, gratuity)
Ensure compliance with HR policies, maintain employee records, and effectively utilize HRMS systems
Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and reports, and support audits and continuous improvement of HR processes

Required Qualification: - MBA - HR

Salary :- Upto 7.50 LPA
